Home Fair a success
for Het Nieuwe Water
Het Nieuwe Water garnered a great deal of attention during the Westland Home Fair on April 8-9, 2011. Water Chamber 1 took center stage at the fair. This phase of the project is located between the Poelkade, Galgeweg, Naaldwijkseweg (N467) and Dijckerwaal roads, close to the Naaldwijk town center.

A wealth of variety in homes
The first scale models of Water Chamber 1 were revealed at the Westland Home Fair on April 8-9, 2011. The selection of homes in this phase of the project generated a great deal of interest. The options vary from attractive starter homes to single-family homes and apartments.

People have been living on and alongside water for centuries, and the Netherlands, with its polders, dikes and waterways, boasts a unique tradition in this regard. The consequences of climate change and urban expansion for this densely populated delta are great, which is a driving force for experiments with innovative forms of housing and organizational principles.

Floating apartments
Europe's first floating apartment complex is being realized in Het Nieuwe Water! The complex contains 60 luxury apartments with spacious patios and a parking space in the indoor garage. The Citadel is currently under development. Please check back often - as soon as we have concrete information on the start of sales, we will report it on this website.
