Het Nieuwe Water

Het Nieuwe Water, between the towns of Naaldwijk and ’s-Gravenzande in the Netherlands, is a unique area development project that combines living by and on the water with recreation and leisure in an unprecedented way. On some 80 hectares of reclaimed land in a region formerly devoted to greenhouse horticulture, Europe's first neighborhood on the water will take form between 2010 and 2019, offering a variety of apartments, stilt homes, mound homes, townhomes, semi-detached homes, floating private islands and private lots.

Water Chamber 6, the first section of Het Nieuwe Water available for purchase, is home to the Traverse, offering five spacious lots on the Poelmolenweg side. The landscape has been raised to create space for five luxury Traverse homes with sundecks on one, two or three levels and both a garage and a boat landing beneath your home.

Five different home designs have been created for these five private lots, each with a unique architecture and fully customizable to your own desires. The Traverse homes employ widely differing styles and colors. The basement at water level is the basis for all five designs and the common thread harmonizing the appearance of these luxurious homes. The higher floors provide access to the sundecks and offer splendid views of the water and your gardens.

The homes and garages are accessible from the Poelmolenweg road: a verdant, low-maintenance access road that provides an elegant, meticulous and welcoming entry to each of the Traverse homes.
